So. I do this thing about once or twice a year. Usually in March because of the Cherry Blossom Festival and during the fall/winter. I also never ride my bike when I do this. I walk around DC and look at the stuff I’ve seen a million times and take pictures and sit around the mall.
Touristy Tourist Spring 2012 was a great success.
